What is coaching?
My coaching practice is based in thought-work. Examining our thoughts allows us more awareness and more power over our own lives. Our focus is to create purposeful thinking which will build a strong foundation as you create your future.
Coaching will feel different than speaking with friends and family. As a friend I might give advice or commiserate–as a coach I will be on the sideline.
Coaching is not therapy or counseling. We do not work on healing past traumas.
Coaching sessions are generally 20-40 minutes long and take place on Zoom.
